Heffy Doodle and Sunny Studio Stamps Collaboration Cards
I have two cards to share with you today, showcasing how well these two company’s products mix and match!
My first card features the Heffy Doodle Chimply the Best and Sunny Studios Tropical Scenes stamp sets. I think everyone who follows me knows that I love to colour, and I knew these two sets would go perfectly together as soon as I saw them!
I stamped out the jungle background repeatedly around the edges of the card, then adding the cheeky chimps in the centre. I stamped out the sentiment and added a little banner under the swinging monkey. I stamped it all in Lawn Fawn Jellyfish ink and didn’t worry about masking off anything as I went with the no-line colouring look today. It kind of gives that storybook look, and you can just imagine these cheeky monkeys getting up to all sorts of mischief!
My second card also uses the Sunny Studios Tropical Scenes stamp set, but this time I paired the underwater scene with the Heffy Doodle Oceans of Love and Shellabrate stamp sets, along with the Sending Heffy Cut.
After stamping the elements, I started out with a deep blue background, with a gradient in the centre as if the light were shining on the central scene. I added a few bubbles with a colourless blender and finished off with my colouring pencils to get those finer lines. I heat embossed the sentiment and added a custom coloured die cut above to finish off.
These products really do mix and match really well! A big huge thank you to Mendi and Lesley for sending on such a great range of goodies to play with and share with you today! 🙂
