Hello, crafters! I have a fun little Christmas scene to add to the festivities today, using the Lovely Landscapes, Trim the Tree and the Wanna Build a Snowman stamps and dies. The festive stamps from the latest release really help to create scenes!
Merry Little Christmas Card Tutorial
To start off, I stamped out the snowy tree landscape from the Lovely Landscapes stamps onto some Alcohol Marker Friendly Cardstock using some Jet Black Ink. I used some light blue markers (Sky: B02, B01, B00; Snow: BG11) Copic Markers to colour in the scene. I added some bright green for the trees to match the front elements.
I also stamped out some additional elements from Trim the Tree and Wanna Build a Snowman to add some interest to the foreground. I used some brighter colours and coloured them in with my Copic markers before using the coordinating dies to cut them out.
After using some Gluburt to bring the scene together, I finished off the card with a festive sentiment from the Happy Holidays Sentiment stamps.
Enjoy the last few days of the new year off, for those lucky enough!
