Hello! I’m joining in the 25 Days of Christmas Tags blog hop celebrations with the rest of the Heffy Doodle team today with this tag project featuring Santa’s Village stamps, Elfing Christmas Words stamps and the Tag Along dies. It’s the 9th year Tracey McNeely has been running it so be sure to hop along for some wonderful inspiration!

25 Tags of Christmas (Heffy Doodle)

I stamped out the bakery, trees and the festive couple from the Santa’s Village stamp set onto some blending cardstock in some MFT Extreme Black ink. I coloured them in with my Copic markers, sticking to some festive reds and greens. When colouring in the bakery, I used some E40s for the stone and E70s for the roof, making sure to add some hints of bricks in a mid tone marker. I cut these out with the coordinating dies.

To make the background tag, I die cut one of the tags from the Tag Along die set. These are the perfect size for creating gift tags! I cut two of them, sticking them back to back to give it some more stability. I used two light BG markers to add some colour to the sky, using some white gel pen to add some snow. I used some craft foam to add some dimension to some of the pieces and adhered them into a festive scene.

To finish off with a sentiment, I die cut the banner from the Tag Along die set and gold heat embossed the simple sentiment from the Elfing Christmas Words stamp set.

A simple piece of ribbon finishes of this tag nicely!
